Is Taskboard right for you?
It's built for very small businesses that want a tidy way to share jobs, track time and keep clients updated. If you run large projects with dozens of departments, a bigger tool will suit you better, and we'll happily tell you so.
Do I need a website or hosting?
No. We host your board for you on simpletaskboard.co.uk. There's nothing to install.
What happens when the free month ends?
Add your card in your board's billing settings, paid securely through Stripe, for £19 a month or £190 a year including VAT. If you don't, the board pauses. You can still download your tasks and files for 30 days, then the board is deleted.
How do I cancel?
From your board's billing settings, any time. Your board stays open until the end of the period you've paid for.
Is it really one price for everyone?
Yes. One price covers up to 25 team members, plus logins for your clients. No per-seat fees and no add-ons.
Can my clients see everything?
No. Each client gets their own small space. They see only the tasks you choose to share with them, and they can send you requests with a needed-by date.
Can I remove the Web Design MK name?
The board carries your brand throughout. The only mention of us is a small "Powered by Web Design MK" link in the footer.
