Introduction

All you need to manage your ISO Compliance Registers and Mastering the challenge of legal change, two website project.

The Challenge

We initially met with Adam from Spedan during a course attended with Cranfield University, it was clear of the ambitions around the organisation and the desire to scaleup, we were asked to look at two projects, ISO help desk and ISO compliance Register, the first website (The Help Desk) would be a feature rich system to include information and video tutorials to support customers, the second, The Iso Compliance Register, for people to become compliant and track their organisations compliancy. Each website needed to be designed to be specific to the requirements and have the facility to be populated and updated as and when they need to be.

Our Solution

Adam was very clear and provided us with a wealth of information including diagrams and mind maps of the project, little research was required when working alongside the client as his research and presentation of requirements was very clear and easy to understand. After presenting us with his own wireframes we were able to go straight to the design stage.

Implementation Process

We worked and created the prototype designs in Figma and edit them accordingly, the project clearly required an agile approach and many tweaks and retweaks were required to reach the final desired result. After prototyping we worked tirelesly developing the two websites and ensured that they were built to the exact specification of the requirements. The final final result would be that the two websites complimented each other with precision to showcase the app features to potential clients including a news, blog, & dynamic feature section to give latest updates plus information & tutorials. The websites are in their infancy stage and will surely grow as more and more content and information is added as the whole project matures.
